Enviro Care Engineers manages the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of all three crematorium types. Every installation is handled by our own qualified engineering team, ensuring that every component is correctly installed, properly interconnected, and fully tested before handover. We do not subcontract our installation work — the same team that manufactures your equipment installs it, which means accountability and quality are consistent throughout.

LPG Gas Crematorium — Full Equipment and Service Scope

For LPG gas crematoriums, Enviro Care Engineers supplies, installs, and services the complete equipment package. This covers the double-chamber gas cremation furnace with primary and secondary combustion chambers, the human body charging trolley, the cremation furnace door with automated gearbox motor mechanism, imported automatic gas burner systems with standby manually operated burners for both primary and secondary chambers, and the complete LPG gas pipeline arrangement with all safety controls including gas regulators and pressure indicators.

On the pollution control side, our scope covers the venturi scrubber with cyclone separator and wash column, induced draft fan with suitably rated motor, effluent treatment plant with roots blower, centrifugal pump, fresh air blower, and the 30-metre self-supported stack chimney. The control panel board with all accessories for operating gas crematorium equipment is also supplied, installed, and commissioned as part of our standard package.

Our gas crematorium systems are built to the following operational parameters — cremation time of 45 to 60 minutes per body, ash collection within 60 minutes of cremation completion, and LPG consumption of approximately 19 kilograms per body for single cremations, with reduced consumption during continuous back-to-back cremation cycles.

Preventive Maintenance Services

Our preventive maintenance covers inspection of all refractory areas in the cremation furnace, assessment of mechanical assemblies including furnace door, gearbox motor, charging trolley, bearings, and drive systems, inspection and testing of all electrical panel components, switches, indicators, and control systems, evaluation of the full pollution control train including scrubber, separator, fans, and chimney, and checking of gas burner systems, pipelines, pressure regulators, and safety devices in gas crematoriums.

Following each inspection we provide a written condition report with clear, prioritised recommendations — allowing your institution to plan and budget maintenance works proactively rather than reactively.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

For institutions that prefer fully managed crematorium maintenance, Enviro Care Engineers offers annual maintenance contracts covering all scheduled preventive maintenance visits, routine consumable replacements, priority breakdown response, and spare parts supply throughout the contract period. Crematorium Type Conversion and Upgrade Services
