crematoriums, electric crematoriums, and wood-based
gasifier crematoriums. We also manufacture PLC-automated
LPG gas crematoriums for institutions requiring the
highest level of automation and precision control. All
types are available as complete turnkey installations with
full pollution control systems included as standard.
We have successfully installed more than 30 crematoriums
across South India — spanning Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh,
and Kerala. Our clients include major municipal
corporations such as Greater Chennai Corporation,
Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, Trichy Municipal
Corporation, and Kannur Municipal Corporation, as well as
more than 33 municipalities and town panchayaths across

Yes. Enviro Care Engineers regularly undertakes repair,
rectification, and maintenance works on crematoriums that
were installed by other manufacturers. Our CEO, Mr. K.
Easwaran, has personally led the resolution of critical
failures in competitor-installed systems across South
India — covering furnace structural failures, gas burner
faults, pollution control breakdowns, and control system
issues. If your crematorium is underperforming or has
failed, we can help regardless of who built it.
Cremation time varies by system type. Our LPG gas
crematoriums complete a cremation in 45 to 60 minutes. Our
electric and gasifier crematoriums typically require 60 to
90 minutes per body. In all cases, ash is available for
collection within 60 minutes of the cremation cycle
completing. For continuous back-to-back cremations, cycle
times and fuel consumption reduce further as the furnace
retains heat between cycles.
Yes. Every crematorium system we manufacture and install
includes our full pollution control train as standard —
comprising a venturi wet scrubber, cyclone separator,
induced draft fan, and a 30-metre self-supported stack
chimney designed and erected in compliance with Central
Pollution Control Board norms. We do not treat pollution
control as an optional add-on. It is a standard,
non-negotiable part of every installation we deliver.
Yes. Enviro Care Engineers provides comprehensive
after-sales support for all crematorium types, including
operator training at handover, one year of equipment
maintenance following commissioning, annual maintenance
contracts for ongoing managed care, scheduled preventive
maintenance inspections, emergency breakdown response, and
supply of all spare parts and consumables. We currently
maintain crematoriums for Coimbatore Municipal Corporation
and several other institutions across the region.

depending on the complexity of approvals, site conditions,
